Returns + Refunds
Faulty/damaged items: We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if damage occurs to the product/s or it is faulty in some way, please contact us via email on the day of delivery with photo evidence. We will replace any product/s damaged once photographic evidence has been received.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns due to 'change of mind'. If you have any issues regarding your purchase i.e. damaged goods on receipt, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Please note that, No Responsibility will be taken after 7 days of the purchased date.

As online sales can be made out of business hours, updates may not have been made. If by chance the item you purchased is no longer available, a full refund will be given immediately. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
